Re.:	Europe Vision Plc. shares and Independent Valuation of Morocco Film City

The Board of Directors of Europeinvestment A/S has noted that the shares of
Europe Vision Plc have been suspended from the AIM section of the London Stock
Exchange pending completion of Audit procedures. 

This is of obvious concern because of Europeinvestment A/S´ holding of Europe
Vision Plc shares which form a substantial part of the assets of
Europeinvestment. 

The management of Europe Vision Plc is under a so called black-out of
Information until such time as the Audit is published. 

Accordingly we have contacted TMG as the company who is conducting the
development of a Film City in Morocco in which Europe Vision Plc has an 11 %
holding which holding itself underpins the value of Europe Vision Plc. 

TMG has been kind enough to provide your Board with an independent valuation
from the international surveyors Humberts Leisure dated 22 June, 2007.  This
values the entire project at € 1,224,000,000.  We are therefore able to derive
comfort from this independent valuation that the underpinning assets of the
shares owned by Europeinvestment A/S remain substantial and in place.
