According to the agreement, signed on 12 March 2007, two OEG 100% owned subsidiaries Olympic Casino Latvia SIA and Baltic Gaming AS will merge. Acquiring company is Olympic Casino Latvia SIA. The merger entry to the register of enterprises of the Republic of Latvia was made on 5 July 2007. The goal of the transaction is to centralize gambling activities in Latvia under one company. The merger is an intragroup transaction and does not have any significant impact on Olympic Entertainment Group economic activities.
