Results of the offering of shares in PTA Grupp AS

The  book-building  process within  the  offering  of  ordinary
shares  of  PTA Grupp AS (change of name to AS Silvano  Fashion
Group  pending,  the “Company”) to institutional  investors  in
Poland  and other EU countries made in connection with  listing
the  shares  of PTA Grupp AS on the Warsaw Stock Exchange  (the
“Offering”) ended on 11 July 2007.

As  a  result of the book-building process, based on the demand
coming  from  48  institutions from Poland, Great  Britain  and
Scandinavia,  the price of the Offering was set  at  19.81  PLN
(“Offer Price”) (equivalent to 5.25 EUR, 82.14 EEK) per  share.
The final number of the shares of the Company to be sold in the
Offering (“Offer Shares”) is 6,221,338.

The  settlement of the Offering is expected to take  place  and
the  trading  in all shares of the Company on the Warsaw  Stock
Exchange  is expected to commence on or about 23 July 2007.  On
the  date of the settlement, Alta Capital Partners S.C.A.  will
subscribe  for  2,052,802 new shares of the Company  issued  in
accordance  with a decision of the ordinary General Meeting  of
its  shareholders  of  25  June 2006. In  accordance  with  the
offering  and listing prospectus published by the Company,  the
subscription price for the new shares of the Company will equal
the Offer Price.

Eligible investors participating in the Offering will  be  able
to  formally subscribe for Offer Shares between 12 July and  13
July 2007.
