City Service AB subsidiary has acquired Namų Priežiūros Centras UAB shares

City Service AB subsidiary Sinsta UAB has acquired 100 % shares of Namų
Priežiūros Centras UAB (company code 125596783) under an agreement signed on 3
July 2007. Namų Priežiūros Centras UAB owns 100 % share stock of Pašilaita UAB
(company code 121474935). 

City Service AB controls the largest facility management company group in the
Baltic States. Having acquired Namų Priežiūros Centras UAB, the Group now
consists of 18 companies in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. The building
area maintained by the Group grew to 9.3 million square meters in total. By the
end of 2007 the City Service group is expected to serve 10.7 million square
meters of facilities.
