The consolidated unaudited sales of Tallinna Kaubamaja Group for six month of year 2007 were 2.8 billion kroons (178.2 million euros). The sales of the comparable period last year were 1.9 million kroons (121.1 million euros). The sales increased by 47 per cent.The sales of six month 2006 do not include sales from car selling business segment. The sales of A-Selver during six month of year 2007 were 1.7 billion kroons (110 million euros), which is 32 per cent more than year before. The average monthly sales per square meter of sales area were 7.2 thousand kroons per month; this is 26 per cent more than last year. The sales were mostly influenced by rising of buying power. During the six month of 2007 number of purchases in Selver chain amounted to 12.6 million, growing 15 per cent over the same period last year. The sales in department stores business segment in six month of year 2007 were 693.5 million kroons (44.3 million euros), increased by 23 per cent over the same period last year. The average monthly sales per square meter of sales were 5.0 thousand kroons per month; this is 22 per cent more than last year. During the six month of 2007 number of purchases in department stores amounted to 4.1 million, growing 8 per cent over the same period last year. The sales in real estate business segment during six month of year 2007 were 20.0 million kroons (1.3 million euros), increasing by almost 9 per cent to comparable period last year. The sales between business segments were 28.8 million kroons (1.8 million euros), increased by 1 per cent over the same period last year. The sales in car selling business segment during six month of 2007 were 374 million kroons (23.9 million euros). In six month 2007 1429 new cars were sold, this is 794 new cars more than year before.
