The Listing and Surveillance Committee of Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) reviewed the application by PTA Grupp AS for an exemption in connection with the determination of the issue and offer price of new shares. On July 12, 2007 PTA Grupp filed an application for the exempt from the requirements of the TSE Rules and Regulations part Requirements for Issuers clause 7.4.4 about the shares issue price and additional explanations on July 13, 2007. PTA Grupp applied for the exemption on basis of the TSE Rules and Regulations part Requirements for Issuers clause 7.4.5 to determine the issue price of new shares equivalent to PTA Grupp public offering price, i.e. 19,81 PLN (5,25 EUR / 82,14 EEK) as stated in the offering and listing prospectus. On July 17, 2007 the Listing and Surveillance Committee of TSE decided to give its consent to the application of PTA Grupp AS and allow it to determine the issue price equivalent to the public offering price i.e. 19,81 PLN.
