Novator announces in a press-release dated July 17, 2007 acceptances of over 90 per cent of the shares in Actavis Group. According to this information and to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the OMXI15 Tradable index”, rule 4.7, Actavis Group (IS0000000420) will be removed from OMXI15 index. Last inclusion date for Actavis Group will be July 19, 2007.
