This will be a long-term and strategic commitment to the EUR market. The inaugural deal has been mandated to Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs International and Nordea. The transaction is expected to be launched following extensive marketing activities in Europe and in Asia, scheduled to take place in late August and early September.
