According to the contract Riga City Service SIA will provide facility management services to business center Duntes Nami, offering A class offices. Duntes Nami is the first commercial building served by City Service AB subsidiary in Riga. In Lithuania City Service AB provides facility management services for Retail Chain IKI, Gintarinės vaistinės, Utenos trikotažas, banks SEB Vilniaus bankas, Hansabankas, DnB NORD, Nordea Bank Lietuva, SAMPO, maintains public phone booths of the biggest company in the country TEO LT, pavilions of Lietuvos spauda, Omnitel basic stations, KEMI car service centers, catering chain Čili, etc. City Service AB controls the largest facility management company group in the Baltic States. The Group consists of 18 companies in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. Building area maintained by the Group totals to 9.3 million square meters.
