ISELIN, N.J., July 19, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- SoftNet Technology Corp. (OTCBB:STTC) (German WKN: TG6) announced today a strategic addition to the Company's core IT Infrastructure Consulting practices. SoftNet has established an Application Delivery Practice which is synergistic to the core business and creates opportunities for additional cross selling and comprehensive client business.

Leading the newly created practice will be Kevin Remley, Vice President - Application Delivery. Mr. Remley is uniquely qualified to fill this role through past experience and technical expertise. He has substantial experience gained from senior level assignments with world class organizations such as JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Ernst & Young. "Application Delivery is not a totally new business for SoftNet. The Company has completed a limited number of engagements in the past. Application Development and Delivery touches all of the Company's existing practices and projects providing new opportunities for cross selling," said Jim Booth-CEO.
