Saepio Technologies Names John P. Thomson President and CEO

Seasoned Technology Veteran Brings a Vision for Aggressive Growth to the Company


KANSAS CITY, Mo., July 19, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Saepio Technologies, the leading provider of simple-to-use yet powerful solutions for managing, distributing and customizing marketing assets, announced that John P. Thomson has joined the company as president and CEO. In his new role, Thomson will oversee all facets of the company's operations on a worldwide basis.

Thomson brings more than a decade of experience to Saepio, including six years at EMC Corporation, where he successfully managed all aspects of account strategy, from executive relationships to resource management, while exceeding revenue and margin targets. He was a part of the EMC Management Development Program.

Prior to joining EMC, Thomson worked for Cerner Corporation, where he consistently exceeded a multi-million dollar quota while managing the sale of the software company's Decision Support and Expert System products in an 11-state region. He was later asked to assume business development responsibilities for the company in order to penetrate new markets through the sale of data warehousing projects. During his tenure at Cerner, Thomson also held engineering, project management and business analyst positions.
