On 18th July 2007, the Board of DVARČIONIŲ KERAMIKA, AB (hereinafter -“the Company”) approved unaudited financial statements of the Company for the first half of 2007, prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards. Total Company revenue for six months of 2007 amounted to 32.03 million litas (9.28 million euros) and was up by 32.6 per cent over the total revenue a year ago (for the reporting period of 2006 amounted to 24.16 million litas or almost 7.00 million euros.) EBITDA for the first half of 2007 went up by 62.11 per cent to 5.22 million litas (1.51 million euros), EBITDA for the same reporting period a year ago was 3.22 million litas or 0.93 million euros and EBITDA margin reached 16,3 per cent (13.3 per cent in 2006). Profit before income tax for January - June of 2007 was amounted to 445 thousand litas (129 thousand euros), the Company has incurred loss of 1,4 million litas (0.40 million euros) for the same reporting period of 2006.
