Kesselring Awarded Metro Medical Restoration Contract

BRADENTON, Fla., July 23, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Kesselring Holding Corporation (OTCBB:KSSH) was recently awarded a contract for the removal and replacement of existing glass and window frames in the Metro Medical Plaza in Fort Myers, Florida. Management believes that the estimated revenue value of the contract is approximately $900,000, of which it cannot provide any guarantee.

Kesselring will be upgrading the windows and frames to hurricane impact-resistant glass and frames, as well as re-pointing and tucking mortar into joints and sealing the four-story building.

"It is early in the hurricane season," said Kesselring CEO, Ken Craig, "and we are aggressively expanding our reach in Florida." This type of work is a standard part of our hurricane preventative maintenance, a cost-effective strategy to extend structural integrity of buildings."

The average timeframe for this type of job is approximately three months. Kesselring will perform a large majority of the work from the outside in order to reduce disruption of health care services in the building. "After carefully reviewing the varied options and costs for the project, we are pleased to move forward with a long-term solution that provides value and upgraded protection," stated Bob Swails, VP of Operations for Kesselring Restoration Corporation, a subsidiary of Kesselring Holding Corporation.
