Decision of the VSE Board to prolong suspension of trading in securities of Alytaus Tekstile AB

Decision of the VSE Board (as of 23-07-2007, Minutes No.25)

To prolong suspension of trading in the following securities: 
Alytaus Tekstile ORS (LT0000100901  ATK1L)
1. On 23-07-2007 shareholders of Alytaus Tekstile AB (Algida Zukeviciene and
Marijampoles Gelzbetonis UAB) have registered with the court of Kaunas district
a plaint regarding the initiation of a bankruptcy case to Alytaus Tekstile AB
(information on the material event by Alytaus Tekstile AB on 23-07-2007). 
2. To commence the procedure of delisting of Alytaus Tekstile AB shares from
the Secondary List, after the court resolves to initiate a bankruptcy case to
Alytaus Tekstile AB.
