Insulock Signs Sales Representative and Distribution Agreement


BURNABY, British Columbia, July 24, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- American Insulock Inc. (the "Company") (Pink Sheets:AILKF) (CNQ:AIKI.U) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Sales/Distribution Agreement with John A. Stamford d/b/a Stamford Associates. Stamford Associates is located in Temecula, California. The "Stamford" group consists of various key personnel that have expertise in areas that mirror American Insulock.

Mr. John Driscoll, a CPA, has many years of accounting experience with public companies. Mr. Driscoll also is experienced in public company financing.

Mr. Fernando Fliorti is a second generation builder and is involved in several international building projects. Currently, Mr. Fliorti and partners are building housing in Jamaica.

John Stamford had been an international sales and marketing executive since 1993 for China North Industries Corporation, Diversified Businesses Department, including the consumer products Beta Group. Mr. Stamford's primary responsibility was the sales and marketing of and contracting for products primarily made in China to U.S. and International chain stores including Wal-Mart, Carrefour, Excelsior Gama Supermercados, Gigante S.A. de C.V., Supermercados Grande, The Daiei, Inc., Bompreco S.A., Lowes, Home Depot, Federated Department Stores and Levitz. In 2004 Mr. Stamford left Norinco to form a successful independent company, Stamford Associates, utilizing his long established network of manufacturers and customers in China, the Pacific Rim, the U.S., Canada and Central and South America.

Stamford Associates is currently negotiating contracts on behalf of American Insulock in several countries.

The Company is also negotiating with an international manufacturing company to manufacture INSULOCK Blocks world wide. The Company intends to continue to build block producing equipment in conjunction with utilizing outside sources to provide the INSULOCK Block on an international level.

The Company's core business is the manufacture and distribution of its brand of insulating concrete forms (known as INSULOCK(r) Blocks), together with the equipment that is used to manufacture these blocks. INSULOCK(r) Blocks are made of polyurethane rather than polystyrene (i.e., Styrofoam(r)), which is the material that is used by virtually every other manufacturer of insulating concrete forms. INSULOCK(r) Blocks are much stronger than polystyrene blocks and can be used to construct soundwalls and buildings that are highly effective at absorbing sound and that have an R-30 or R-38 heat insulating value.
