The board of SSAB has decided upon a rights issue (1:4), whereby shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 4 shares held. The subscription price is set at SEK 155. The record date is July 30, 2007. OMX Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation of options and futures in SSAB and adjusted the OMXS30 Index.
