Ten Plus and Springdale Design Announce the World's First Motion Activated Photo Frame Nightlight

SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif., July 25, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Tired of all the ordinary night lights? Springdale Design, Inc., a global leader in designing and manufacturing photo frames, has developed the world's first motion activated photo frame night light, Photolite (patent pending).

Wanting to keep the same concept of a lighted photo frame but expanding on the idea of a typical plug in night light, Springdale designed Photolite, a frame that lights up with an LED when activated by motion. One major advantage of the Photolite is that it operates on batteries. By using battery power, the Photolite can be placed on any wall or desk. Consumers no longer need to place their cherished photos above an outlet or hide those pesky cords in order to shine a light on their pictures.

The Photolite is simple to use as well. Simply insert your photo, install the batteries in the frame, and you're done. Since the frame uses LED, there are no light bulbs to worry about replacing either.

Photolite is currently produced in black, espresso, white, and silver to help consumers match their decor. You can also choose from two sizes, 4x6 or 8x10. More designs will soon follow to allow consumers even more flexibility. Consumers can purchase the Photolite through Springdale's U.S. distributor Ten Plus, Inc at http://photolite.net.
