On 24 July 2007 City Service AB has signed a share sale - purchase agreement under which were acquired 100 % shares of Mūsų namų valdos UAB (company code 140336725, registered at S.Daukanto st. 37, Klaipėda). Mūsų namų valdos UAB provides facility management services for residential houses in Klaipėda, a total 209'000 square meters of building area. City Service AB controls the largest facility management company group in the Baltic States. The Group now consists of 19 companies operating in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. The building area maintained by the Group grew to 9.5 million square meters in total. By the end of 2007 the City Service group is expected to serve 10.7 million square meters of facilities.
