MONTREAL, July 26, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- FieldTurf Tarkett, the world leader in sports surfacing, announced today the appointment of David Moszkowski as interim CEO, Executive Vice-President.
Mr. Moszkowski, formerly Sr. Vice-President of the company, will assume Mr. Gilman's role on the Board of Directors. Moszkowski will also lead an Executive Committee to ensure a seamless transition and the continued growth of FieldTurf Tarkett following the sudden death of John Gilman.
The Executive Committee is made up of the key department heads that have been responsible for the day to day operations of the company over the past several years. After many years with the company, Hank Steinbrecher will be taking on an expanded role within the Executive Committee.
A search committee has been created and will in due course begin the search for a new CEO.
