Wernersson, Guðmundur Ólason och Jóhannes Sigurðsson as new directors of the Board and that Mia Brunell, Erik Mitteregger, Cristina Stenbeck and Annika Lundius have resigned from of the Board of Invik. Further, the meeting appointed Karl E. Wernersson to be Chairman of the Board of Directors. Hereafter the directors of the Board are Karl E.
