An explanation to information provided by BNS on 26 July 2007 “The profit of    
Port of Tallinn may fall below budgeted level”.                                 

The published information includes evaluations for 2007 made by Neinar Seli, the
chairman of the Supervisory Board of Port of Tallinn.                           
In accordance with the rules and regulations of stock exchange Port of Tallinn  
discloses the financial results twice per year. Port of Tallinn does not        
disclose the forecasts of the financial results. On a monthly basis Port of     
Tallinn discloses the volume of cargo handled and passengers serviced.          

Considering the decreased volume of the transit cargo through Estonia in May,   
June and July, the cargo volume passing through the ports of Port of Tallinn has
decreased. Therefore, the total cargo volume in 2007 may remain below budgeted  
level.                                                                          
The Port of Tallinn interim financial report for the first-half of the year 2007
will be disclosed at the latest by 31.08.2007.
