As a result of a share transaction concluded on 24 May 2007 and
acceptances to a mandatory tender offer, the holdings of Yara
Nederland BV, a fully owned subsidiary of Yara International ASA,
have exceeded five-tenths (5/10) of the voting rights and share
capital in Kemira GrowHow Oyj. Under Chapter 2 Section 9 of the
Securities Markets Act, we hereby notify the Financial Supervision
Authority and Kemira GrowHow Oyj of the following:

1. Name of company in which holdings have been acquired: Kemira
GrowHow Oyj

2. Date of change in holding 27 July 2007

3. Exact proportion of voting rights and share capital in Kemira
