(Pink Sheets:ARRM), has installed its web-based chiller monitoring and diagnostic system on three 485 ton chillers located in the Clark County, Nevada Government Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. In addition, at the request of Clark County officials, EffTec is currently doing plant surveys at several other county buildings to provide its EffTrack chiller monitoring service.
