Increase of the total number of registered shares and votes in Peab AB (publ)

Conversion of Peab convertible promissory notes 2005/2008 has been carried
through and new B-shares have been registered on 19 July 2007. The total number
of registered shares and votes in Peab AB (publ) has for that reason increased
as follows:

The total number registered shares and votes in Peab AB (publ) before conversion
and registering:

81 695 944 shares, representing 169 947 262 votes, from which
  9 805 702 A-shares, representing 98 057 020 votes and
 71 890 242 B-shares, representing 71 890 242 votes.

The total number registered shares and votes in Peab AB (publ) after conversion
and registering:
87 069 548 shares, representing 175 320 866 votes, from which
  9 805 702 A-shares, representing 98 057 020 votes and
77 263 846 B-shares, representing 77 263 846 votes.
