Lars Søndergaard, CFO, to leave Danware                                         


After six years as CFO of Danware, Lars Søndergaard has decided to resign and   
take up the position of CEO of By Malene Birger A/S, a Danish fashion house.    

Mr Søndergaard leaves his position on 31 October 2007, possibly earlier.        

Danware will start looking for a replacement for Mr Søndergaard immediately.

Danware's core business is to develop and market software products based on the 
NetOp® core technology - a technology enabling swift, secure and seamless       
transfer of screens, sound and data between two or more computers. The company's
