In compliance with Rules of the Riga Stock Exchange “On the inclusion of financial instruments and trade on the stock exchange regulated markets”, Clause 14.1, we notify on changes occurred in composition of the Board of Directors of the JSC “PARITATE BANKA”: - Chairman of the Board Oleksandr Trubakov, as well as Members of the Board Vladislavs Beļskis, Mykolay Koev, Olexandr Mekekechko and Rolands Pētersons were re-elected to a new term of representation; - Appointed a new member of the Board of Directors - Inna Zhuravļova. No shares having the right to vote of the JSC “PARITATE BANKA” are in possession of the said member of the Board; - Chairman of the Board Oleksandr Trubakov shall be entitled for individual representation of the JSC “PARITATE BANKA”. Each other member of Board shall be entitled to represent the JSC “PARITATE BANKA” only together with at least two members of Board. In addition we inform that the newly elected member of Board Inna Zhuravļova since 1997 has held offices in the private joint-stock company Commercial Bank “PrivatBank” (Закрытое акционерное общество коммерческий банк “ПриватБанк”), Republic of Ukraine, registration No 92. The last three years Inna Zhuravļova has held an office of the Manager of Centre for Services to the “PrivatBank” corporate VIP-clients and Deputy Business Manager of the “PrivatBank” Central Office. Her main duties were related to: - Establishment of the large and corporate VIP-clients' business (dividing from the particularly profitable and the “brand” clients, development of service standards for the VIP-clients with personal access to various industries and special programmes); - Programme “PrivatBank - for importers” (financing programme of the import contracts on account of the foreign bank resources); - Programme “Privat Bank - for trade networks” (programme “Bonus +“, equiring, encashment and factoring); - Programme “PrivatBank - for insurance companies” (services according to the deposit programmes and “golden” accounts in bank metals, agent on-line sales, services of the PrivatBank Cypriote branch); - Development and launch of the PrivatBank со-brand programme with the company “METRO cash and Kery Ukraina“ (credit card “METRO“, special stock, arrangement of direct sales in the network of banking centres and departments); - development of the work payment motivation schemes and stimulation of the large and VIP-corporate clients' business staff; - development of individual programmes for large clients, by involvement thereof in the services (“Укрзалiзниця” (“Ukrzaliznicja“), “Nestle“, “Coca-cola“, “Фуршет” (“Furshet“), Fozzy etc.); - services for the large corporate clients in the VIP-service centre (for clients requiring an individual approach, nonstandard schemes for execution of operations with financing amount starting from 1 mill. US dollars); - Development of technological tasks for creation of new sets of programmes and “PrivatBank” innovation products and modernization of the existing ones. - Development of methodical and informative materials, presentations for the VIP- corporate clients.
