Bodisen Biotech Announces New Chief Financial Officer, First Export Contract and New U.S. Representative

(the "Company") (Pink Sheets:BBCZ) (LSE:BODI) (website: www.bodisen.com) today is announcing the Company's engagement of a new Chief Financial Officer, the execution of its first export contract and a new U.S. management representative.

Bodisen Names New Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Junyan Tong has been named Chief Financial Officer effective June 4, 2007. (This change in CFO was the subject of a Form 8-K filed by the Company with the SEC on June 8, 2007). Ms. Tong previously served as the Company's Assistant Chief Financial Officer since 2005 and has prior finance experience with Shenzhen Rongxun Industry Co., Ltd.; Guangdong Zhongyunhui Electric Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Dongguan Anbao Industry Co., Ltd.

Bodisen Executes First Export Contract

On July 6, 2007, the Company signed a contract with RADUGA Co., Ltd. through Aoshen Imports and Exports Co., Ltd. in the city of Huhehaote in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous area for export to customers in Russia. This contract is for approximately 2.3 million RMB in products and represents the first international export order for the Company. This represents an initial result of the Company's efforts to strengthen sales by expanding its market and adding to its sales force.

Bodisen Engages New U.S. Management Representative
