Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania has renewed a multi-flat residential houses general use facilities management certificate for City Service AB. The certificate is valid until July, 2012, by then it will require further renewal. City Service AB controls the largest facility management company group in the Baltic States. The Group now consists of 19 companies operating in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. The building area maintained by the Group grew to 9.5 million square meters in total.
