ATLANTA, Aug. 2, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Verso Technologies, (Nasdaq:VRSO), a leading provider of next generation network solutions, announced today that ONEMAX, an innovative broadband wireless provider, has selected Verso's I-Master Solution for post-paid and prepaid converged IP billing services over mobile WiMAX in the Dominican Republic.
ONEMAX is the first commercial operator to offer Internet, multimedia and VoIP services over mobile WiMAX in the Dominican Republic. It will use the I-Master Solution to authenticate and rate both voice and data services for their subscribers and to enhance distribution and market penetration. ONEMAX will be able to expand the market by providing new segments, notably prepaid, and easy access and payment system for the services.
