CyberFund Inc. Announces That ROK Powers New On-Demand Mobile Service With Soul Candi of South Africa

Soul Candi On-Demand Music Delivered to Vodacom, MTN and CellC Subscribers

NEW YORK, Aug. 2, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- CyberFund, Inc. (OTCBB:CYFD) announced today that Soul Candi, a leading independent record label and distributor in South Africa, will launch a subscription-based on-demand music service on all three of the country's mobile operators.

Soul Candi is powered by ROK Radio -- a division of U.K. mobile applications developer ROK Entertainment Group -- which enables the subscriber to listen only to the music they wish to listen to, rather than to whatever is being broadcast at the time. In May, 2007, ROK Entertainment Group Limited agreed to be acquired by CyberFund, Inc. in a Share Exchange Agreement.

Crucially, the subscriber is also able to instantly purchase individual tracks on-demand with the purchased music being delivered under data compression and copy-protection, over-the-air, to be stored on the memory card of the subscribers handset.

Set to launch across South African mobile operators Vodacom, MTN and CellC in August, Soul Candi will initially offer 5 hours of selected music every week, hosted and mixed by some of the country's leading DJs and will be charged at R10.00 per week (approximately (Pounds) 1.00 or USD $2.00 per week). The cost to purchase individual tracks has yet to be announced.

"Mobile entertainment, whether it be TV or music, demands higher levels of interaction than traditional TV or radio broadcasts," said Harael Salkow of Soul Candi, "and that's why we've developed this on-demand music for mobiles service with ROK -- to give the subscriber what they want, when they want it."

Commenting on the deal, Laurence Alexander, CEO of ROK Entertainment Group added, "We're seeing the mobile consumer being prepared to pay a premium to receive instantly engaging and relevant entertainment, on-demand and we're delighted to be working with Soul Candi on deploying this service right across South Africa."

In addition to on-demand music, ROK is in the midst of a global deployment of on-demand mobile TV streamed over existing 2.5G, 3G and wi-fi networks.
