Alytaus tekstilė AB  - Notice of information cancellation

Chairman of the Board A.G.Adomaitis officially cancelled information spread in
daily paper „Lietuvos rytas“ related to the company business plans. 

1st of August, 2007  Chairman of the Board of 
AB “Alytaus tekstilė”  A.G.Adomaitis cancelled  the  information related to the
company business plans, which was spread on 29/05/2007 in daily paper „Lietuvos
rytas“, “Respublika” and BNS, and on 22/06/2007 in daily paper „Lietuvos rytas“
as follows: 
a) new Director's appointment was not foreseen; 

b) General Director Algida Žūkevičienė was not abroad in order to conclude new
agreements; 

c) application to banks for new loans was not foreseen;
d) hangar or any other property of the company was not leased. 

Chairman of the Board  A.G.Adomaitis confirmed the following information spread
in Lithuanian daily papers: 
a)  Shareholders of AB „Alytaus tekstilė“ negotiated with the major  creditors
of the company in order to make conditions to the company for renewing refining
and sewing till 01/07/2007.
