RAUTARUUKKI CORPORATION - TRANSFER OF SHARES HELD BY THE COMPANY
Rautaruukki Corporation has today transferred a total of 225,194 of shares held
by the company to the persons participating in the Group's share bonus scheme.
After the transfer Rautaruukki holds 1,476,187 shares of the company.
The shares have been transferred as the share part of the total remuneration of
the share bonus scheme of the Group's management and key persons from the
incentive period 2004 - 2006.
