A subsidiary of AS Eesti Ehitus has acquired a 66% stake in limited company DSN Ehitusmasinad OÜ

OÜ Kaurits, an entity in which AS Eesti Ehitus' wholly-owned subsidiary AS Aspi
has a 52% interest, has purchased a 66% majority shareholding in DSN
Ehitusmasinad OÜ. The transaction cost 10 million kroons (EUR 0.6 million) and
will be settled in instalments in 2007. 

The company's board member and shareholder Ahti-Andik Paemurru will continue as
a member of the board and a 34% shareholder.
