The Peab acquisition of Kvalitetsasfalt has been approved

The Swedish Competition Authority has approved the Peab acquisition of
Kvalitetsasfalt I Mellansverige AB. The take over was on 7 August 2007.

The acquisition means that Peab takes over all staff, ongoing projects and the
order backlog of Kvalitetsasfalt.

The acquired company has 70 employees and the turnover 2006 amounted to SEK 190
million
