SAUNA TENDERCO 1 SAS PUBLIC TENDER OFFER FOR ALL SHARES AND  WARRANTS
IN ALDATA SOLUTION OYJ - OFFER DOCUMENT SUPPLEMENTED

Sauna Tenderco 1 SAS (a wholly owned subsidiary of Sauna  Acquisition
LLC) launched on 29 June 2007  its public tender offer (the  "Offer")
for all issued and outstanding shares and warrants in Aldata Solution
Oyj and published the related Tender Offer Document.

The acceptance period for the Offer commenced on 29 June 2007 at 9:30
am (Finnish time)  and the extended  offer period will  expire on  14
August 2007 at 16:30 pm (Finnish time).

On 7 August  2007 Aldata  Solution Oyj published  its Interim  Report
(January -  June  2007). In  accordance  with the  Finnish  Financial
Supervisory Authority's Standards 5.2a and 5.2c, Sauna Tenderco 1 SAS
has decided  to supplement  the Offer  with Aldata's  Interim  Report
(January - June 2007).

Aldata's Interim Report (January - June 2007), as published by Aldata
Solution Oyj, has been enclosed as an annex to this release.
