Press Release 9 August 2007 BioGaia signs agreement for oral health products in South Africa BioGaia has signed an agreement with Thebe Medicare in South Africa. Thebe has secured exclusive rights also to distribute BioGaia´s probiotic products for oral health in South Africa. BioGaia and Thebe signed a new, long-term distribution agreement in March 2006. Thebe has previously distributed Reuteri tablets, Reuteri drops and probiotic straws on the South African market. A supplemental agreement has now been signed which gives Thebe exclusive rights to also distribute BioGaia´s oral health products in South Africa. The oral health products will be sold through pharmacies and dental clinics. Launch of the products is expected at the end of 2007. ”Thebe is one of BioGaia´s most important and successful partners.
