EMMA, Ind., Aug. 13, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Verizon Wireless has activated a new cell site in LaGrange County that expands network coverage and increases capacity, enabling more customers to use their wireless phones concurrently to make calls; send and receive email and text, picture and video messages; and download games and ringtones while enjoying clearer reception and fewer dropped calls.
This new cell site improves Verizon Wireless' voice and data network in Emma, north to W 350 N, south to W 300 S, west to state Route 5 and east to state Route 9.

This new cell site in Emma is part of Verizon Wireless' continual effort to expand coverage, increase capacity and enhance the quality of its wireless voice and data network in Indiana and throughout the country.
