The consolidated pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the 1st half of
the year 2007, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting
Standards: 

- Net profit for the 1st half of the year 2007 - LTL 79.2 million (EUR 22.9
million), for the 1st half of the year 2006 (restated due to the change in the
accounting policy) - LTL 40.4 million (EUR 11.7 million); 

- Sales revenues for the 1st half of the year 2007 - LTL 490.5 million (EUR
142.1 million), for the 1st half of the year 2006 - LTL 414.4 million (EUR
120.0 million).
