KappAhl: Invitation to press conference and telephone conference

KappAhl Holding AB (publ), ("KappAhl") today announces a cash offer
to the shareholders in AB Lindex (publ) ("Lindex") to tender all
outstanding shares in Lindex to KappAhl. A press conference in
Swedish in connection to the Offer will be held on Operaterrassen,
Karl XII:s Torg, Stockholm, on Monday 13 August 2007 at 2 pm (CET)
for analysts, the media and investors. Christian W. Jansson,
KappAhl's President and CEO and Håkan Westin, KappAhl's CFO will take
part. A warm welcome is extended to everyone who wants to participate
