Coupon rate on JSC “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” notes ISIN LV0000800407 (corrected)

On 31 July 2007 JSC “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” set the coupon rate for
the third coupon period (from 2nd August, 2007, till 1th November, 2007) on its
notes at 7.260% p.a. 

According to the terms of the issue, the coupon rate is set for each interest
calculation period. The coupon rate is based on 3 (three) month EURIBOR rate,
which is fixed on the coupon rate determination date, plus 3% p.a. According to
Bank of Latvia, 3 month EURIBOR rate on 31 July  2007 was 4.260% p.a. 

On 2 August 2007 JSC “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” set the coupon rate for
the second coupon period (from 2nd May, 2007, till 1th August, 2007) on its
notes at 7.005 % p.a. The second payment of the coupon at the rate of 7.005%
p.a. will take place on 02 Augusts 2007.
