Aldata Solution Oyj STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE August 15, 2007, 14.10 (EET) INFORMATION REGARDING A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP Aldata Solution Oyj has today received the following notification in accordance with the Chapter 2, Section 9 of Securities Markets Act:"Sauna Tenderco 1 SAS (the "Offeror") has on 29 June 2007 launched its offer for all the shares and warrants in Aldata Solution Oyj (the"Company") and has published the related Tender Offer Document. The original offer period was extended and expired on 14 August 2007. As a part of the Offer, the holding of 20 089 125 shares in the Company held by Symphony Technology II-A, L.P., will be transferred to the Offeror as explained in the Tender Offer Document. Together with the above holding and the acceptances received under the Offer, the Offeror's holding (subject to the Offer becoming unconditional and the shareholders' withdrawal rights under the Offer) has on Tuesday 14 August 2007 exceeded 66.67 % of the shares and votes of Company and the Offeror holds on such date 48 669 610 shares representing 70.97 % of the total number of shares and voting rights in the Company. Offeror will announce the final result and whether or not the Tender Offer will be completed on 17 August 2007.
