Wal-Mart Stores (NYSE: WMT) has selected the SSH Tectia solution to enable secure end-to-end data file transfers and data-in-transit in its global computing network. Wal-Mart Stores is the largest retail sector enterprise in the world. The total value of the agreement is about EUR 4.5 million, of which licenses are about EUR 4 million and annual maintenance is about EUR 0.5 million. The agreement was signed in July, and the delivery and invoicing of the sold licenses has now taken place in August. This is SSH's largest ever sale of licenses, and it reinforces remarkably SSH's full-year growth prospects, as well as the attractiveness of the SSH Tectia solution in large enterprises. So far during the 3rd quarter, SSH has delivered and invoiced also another large SSH Tectia order to a large US system integrator. Thanks to these major deals, SSH's sales year-to-date now exceed significantly the respective period year earlier. The company's strong backlog of agreements and tenders provides a solid basis for a substantial growth of the full year revenue and profitability. SSH Communications Security Corp will release its next interim report and financial statements for January 1-September 30, 2007 on 24 October 2007.
