Report from Sigma's Extraordinary General Meeting on August 14, 2007 Sigma's Extraordinary General Meeting on August 14, 2007 approved the sale that was announced of the Berika subsidiary to ID Intressenter AB. The Meeting's decision was unanimous. The sale was conditional upon a decision at a General Meeting since the owners of ID Intressenter are board members in subsidiaries in Sigma. As a result of the decision, the sale has been concluded, with effect from August 1, 2007. The purchase consideration amounted to SEK 6.4 M cash. The sale does not result in any capital loss or gain in the third quarter since an adjustment of the book value was made at June 30 closing of books. The liquidity and balance sheet effects will be included in the third quarter. Sigma has previously owned 70% of Berika and ID Intressenter remaining 30%. Berika with its subsidiary ID Kommunikation is a communication agency with focus on company profiling, brand development and marketing communications The company as a group has 35 employees with an office in Malmö. In 2006 sales amounted to SEK 34.2 M with an Earning before interest and tax of SEK 1.2 M.
