Ukrainian Competition Board allows OEG`s subsidiary in Ukraine to acquire casino operator Eldorado

Today, on August 17, OEG`s subsidiary Olympic Casino Ukraine TOV received the
permission of the Ukrainian Competition Board for the acquisition of 100
percent of shares of companies Alea, Eldorado Leisure Company ja Ukraine
Leisure Company, which operate under Eldorado trademark three casinos and two
slot casinos and bars in Kyiv. OEG expects to complete purchase within a month.
The initially agreed share sale and purchase contract is around EEK 144 mln
(EUR 9.2 mln).
