- Auction of Treasury Notes RIKB 09 0612 Additional Issuance

As stated in paragraph 5 of Terms of Invitation to Tender for Treasury Notes,
the NMDA offered the equivalent of 10% of the amount sold to Primary Dealers in
a non-competitive auction. Each Primary Dealer had the option to purchase an
amount equal to its market share in the competitive auction, held on August
15th, at the weighted average yield of the current competitive auction. Primary
Dealers did not exercise their right to purchase at the non-competitive price,
therefore the total amount issued in Treasury Note Series RIKB 09 0612 in both
the competitive and non-competitive part of the auction is ISK 10,775 million
nominal value.
