Aldata Solution Oyj STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE August 17, 2007, 12.15 (EET) INFORMATION REGARDING A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP Aldata Solution Oyj has today received the following notification in accordance with the Chapter 2, Section 9 of Securities Markets Act:"Sauna Tenderco 1 SAS (the "Offeror") has on 29 June 2007 launched its offer for all the shares and warrants in Aldata Solution Oyj (the"Company"). The offer period expired on 14 August 2007. As a part of the Offer, the holding of 20 089 125 shares in the Company held by Symphony Technology II-A, L.P., was intended to be transferred to the Offeror. Together with the above holding and the acceptances received under the Offer, the Offeror's holding (subject to the Offer becoming unconditional and the shareholders' withdrawal rights under the Offer) exceeded 66.67 % of the shares and votes of Company as the Offeror held 48 845 640 shares representing 71.23 % of the total number of shares and voting rights in the Company. Offeror has today, on 17 August 2007 announced that it will not complete the tender offer. Therefore, the holding of the Offeror has decreased to 0 % of the shares and votes of the Company and the holding of Symphony Technology II-A, L.P. remains as set out above, i.e., at 20 089 125 shares in the Company, representing 29,29 % of the shares and votes.
