City Service AB interim information for the six months of 2007


City Service AB Group, the largest facility management company group in the
Baltic States,  announces its unaudited Consolidated Interim Financial
Statements for the six months of 2007, prepared according to International
Financial Reporting Standards, and Consolidated Interim Report for the six
months of 2007. 

The total consolidated City Service Group's revenue for the six months of 2007
was LTL 70 million, an increase by 85 % over the total revenue of LTL 38
million for the six months of 2006. 

EBITDA for the six months of 2007 was up by 90% and amounted to LTL 6.3
million. In the same period of 2006 EBITDA of the Group amonted to LTL 3,3
million. 

Profit for the period amounted to LTL 4.6 million, an increase by 119% over LTL
2.1 million a year ago. 

City Service Group now consists of 20 companies operating in Lithuania, Russia,
Latvia and Ukraine. Since the initial public offering, May 2007, six companies
have reinforced the Group. The building area maintained by the Group grew from
8.6 to 9.5 million square meters in total during this period. By the end of
2007 the City Service group is expected to serve 10.7 million square meters of
facilities.
