Reporting of Peab Industri in Peab's half-yearly report 2007 On 16 May 2007, the Peab Annual General Meeting resolved to distribute shares in the subsidiary company Peab Industri AB to Peab shareholders. In the Peab half-yearly report, to be published on 23 August, the results for Peab Industri for the period January-April 2007 will be included, and will be reported as discontinued operations. Peab Industri's share of all income and expense items in the income statement have been excluded, and are reported net in the item “Results from discontinued operations, net after-tax” (see below an example of the income statement). In the balance sheet as at 30 June 2007, Peab Industri has been excluded, while the comparable balance sheets are in accordance with the historic accounts. The cash flow from Peab Industri is included in the cash flow statement for the period January-April 2007. Cash and cash equivalents in Peab Industri as at 30 April 2007 are reported as discontinued operations under Investing activities. Peab Industri's report for the first half of 2007 will also be published on 23 August 2007 at the same time as Peab's report.
