PANOSTAJA OYJ Stock Exchange Bulletin, 20th August 2007 JUHA SARSAMA APPOINTED DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR OF PANOSTAJA OYJ Mr. Juha Sarsama, 42, Master of Laws, trained on the bench, has been appointed Development Director for Panostaja Oyj. Sarsama is responsible for the group's legal and personnel issues, risk management and real estate. Sarsama has previously worked as Managing Director of Opus Capita Oy and Administrative Director of Saarioinen Oy. Sarsama also has extensive experience of business acquisitions both as a lawyer and during his time working for PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy. Between 1991 and 1993, Sarsama was a lawyer at Panostaja group. One of Panostaja's targets is to obtain more than 30% average growth in net turnover, including the impact of new business areas.
