An Extraordinary General Meeting of KappAhl Holding AB (publ) will be
held at the Company's head office in Mölndal, Idrottsvägen 14, on
Monday 17 September 2007, at 2 p.m. Notification of attendance should
be made no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 11 September 2007.
